Welcome to our Yule page! Here we will have all the need-to-know information for our event, including how to RSVP.

Ticket Price: Free! Please bring a dish to share and a wrapped gift for the White Elephant gift exchange if participating; the gift exchange theme will be the runes and we will assign a rune to each participant upon RSVP.

Program Notes: 

5:00 to 6:00 - Cocktail/Mocktail Hour featuring lots of our favorite holiday drinks! Cookie Decorating will also be happening as a fun, low-stress way to hang out and be creative. 

6:00 - 7:00 - The Winter Solstice Smorgasbord!

Welcome to our Yule page! The Winter Solstice is celebrated by many different cultures, hence much lore and many deities are associated with this time of year. 

This year we are presenting a sampling of different traditions for our celebration of Yule to broaden our understanding of this complex holiday - and have lots of fun doing it! The ritual will be held outdoors if possible, so please bring appropriate outerwear and footwear. Let’s bring in the Solstice in grand Pagan fashion!

7:00 to 8:00 - Appetizer Feast We'll have lots of food on hand but please bring a dish to share too to share the abundance. If you bring a dish please also bring an ingredient list, and if it is geared to a certain dietary restriction (i.e. gluten-free or vegan). 

8:00 - 9:00 - White Elephant Gift Exchange - This year our topic is the Runes! You will be assigned a Rune for your gift theme on RSVP with a hint for gifts that would be appropriate (view list of hints).  Please indicate how many people want to play on the RSVP form and names for each person so to receive unique assignment. Gifts should be already wrapped, valued no more than $20 and unlabeled.  After the white elephant game, we will have a second game for guessing the theme of your received gift and who brought it (which is why gifts should come unlabeled).

9:00 - 11:00 - Chillout and hangout

Important Notes: 

• There will be alcohol present for those of age. BYOB is fine. We expect all attendees to monitor their intake and make responsible decisions. 

• Please indicate on the RSVP form below if you will be bringing a dish for the potluck and/or participating in the White Elephant Gift Exchange. 

• Rides can be arranged. Please indicate on the RSVP if you are looking for a ride and where you want to be picked up.

• If you have mobility issues please let us know on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
