Annual Member Meeting
Happy Valley Golden Wheel has an annual meeting with members to hold official votes and other important business. Traditionally, the meeting is held in April on a weekend in either Patton Township Building (State College, PA) or the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center on Penn State's University Park campus; check the below links to confirm a particular year's meeting date, time and location. Annual elections for officers and other board members are held at this meeting. Dues for the year are collected. This is also the spring Open Board Meeting, and other board meeting items are discussed at this time.
