Program Notes:

6:00 to 7:00 - Pot Roast and Pot Luck! The house will provide a pot roast meal with a vegetarian option. Guests are encouraged to bring their own dishes to share - sides, salads, appetizers and desserts are all welcome! If you do bring a dish to share, you will be asked to write down the ingredients for everyone's information.

7:00 to 8:00 - Disablot Midwinter Ritual

This ceremony will be a hybrid ADF style rite (ADF stands for Ar nDroicht Fein, a modern Druid order). We will be celebrating the Norse Disir (female spirits) and Goddesses in honor of the coming spring by blessing the plow that will turn the soil for the new crops and bringing in blessings for the time of growing!

8:00 - 9:00 - Geboroscope (Informal Sumbel)

The Geboroscope is a form of Sumbel, a Norse rite of toasting the Ancestors, Gods and ourselves! Please bring a cup you would like to drink from and whatever you want to toast with if you have a preference (beer, wine, mead and non-alcoholic drinks only please - no hard liquor and no water (it's bad luck). The house will also provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage for this segment.

9:00 - 11:00 - Hang out and enjoy this night of Midwinter!

• Please note: If you have any symptoms of illness please do not attend.

• There will be alcohol present for those of age. BYOB is fine. We expect all attendees to monitor their intake and make responsible decisions.

• There will be plenty of street parking available.

• Rides can be arranged. Please indicate on the RSVP if you are looking for a ride and where you want to be picked up.

• Service animals only, please. There are cats at this residence so take note if you are allergic.

• If you have mobility issues please let us know on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

• If weather proves too inclement we will send cancellation notices on our website, email and Facebook pages.
