Meetings

There are 2 main types of meetings:

  • Member meetings, such as the annual members meeting (3rd Saturday in April) where members may discuss issues with the board and cast official votes, such as electing new officers and ratifying bylaws changes. Members meetings can happen midyear to vote on a pressing issue with a special meeting called and announced 2 weeks in advance. Monthly member meetings have been suspended since Jan 13, 2019 so to focus on different events. Some member meetings may contain social topics and Q&A for member networking.
  • Board meetings, where the board may discuss issues, and vote on actions of the board. For three quarters of the year (3rd Saturday in January, July and October), the board will hold open board meetings, where the time, location and agenda is announced to the membership and all are welcome to attend and provide the board feedback.
