Join Happy Valley Golden Wheel for a Slavic celebration of Midsummer! We will be invoking Jarilo and Marzanna, the major fertility deities of the Slavic pantheon to honor the power of the sun and bring the summer blessings upon ourselves. The main event will feature a love divination done with rubber duckies - you’ll have to show up to see what that’s about! The night’s fun will also include fire spinning, drumming, dancing and traditional Slavic food. Kupala is BYOB and kid friendly, so bring the whole crew! You can also feel free to bring snacks, drinks and desserts to share, and please bring a chair or blanket to sit on. This event is free, however we have a suggested donation of $10.00 to help cover costs. All funds go to fund HVGW events so we can keep bringing Pagan cultural events to Centre County.
